Dear All Friend,

When i want to start blogging and want to shared all my struggle, i have another struggle.

All my friends, please pray for my beloved wife Erna, who seeks to be restored to good health @ ICU Siloam Hospital. Her blood vessel on brain is damaged by aneurysm. Blood vessel on right head that damaged already done by clipping medical operation and today is 10th days after operation.
The others aneurysm will do by next weeks. This is the big problem of mine and also big cost, i don't know how to pay that cost. I need your pray for us, may GOD bless us and GOD help us to meet my needs, GOD pay the Hospital cost.

Dear reader and my friends,

Long time no post in my blog and this is just to inform all my friends, my reader that i want to concentrate to my office job at this time, since my office need totally migrate our system to Open Source/Linux. This is a big job, installed, teach and coding new system to all our factory as my responsibility to our office.

I loved to shared, inspiring and read blog. I miss to write at my blog. I had feed to my email some of your posted, so i can read the new post of your's at my mail account.

I apologize, if i can't reply your comment at my blog and at the community message.

Once i have time will visit all of you. Hopefully my project finish soon. So stay tune.

I could do it

This teenager lived alone with his father, and the two of them had a very special relationship. Even though the son was always on the bench, his Father was always in the stands cheering. He never missed a game. This young man was still the smallest of the class when he entered high school. But his father continued to encourage him but also made it very clear that he did not have to play football if he didn't want to. But the young man loved football and decided to hang in there. He was determined to try his best at every practice, and perhaps he'd get to play when he became a senior. All through high school he never missed a practice nor a game, but remained a bench warmer all four years. His faithful father was always in the stands, always with words of encouragement for him.

When the young man went to college, he decided to try out for the football team as a "walk-on." Everyone was sure he could never make the cut, but he did. The coach admitted that he kept him on the roster because he always puts his heart and soul to every practice, and at the same time, provided the other members with the spirit and hustle they badly needed. The news that he had survived the cut thrilled him so much that he rushed to the nearest phone and called his father. His father shared his excitement and was sent season tickets for all the college games.

This persistent young athlete never missed practice during his four years at college, but he never got to play in the game. It was the end of his senior football season, and as he trotted onto the practice field shortly before the big play off game, the coach met him with a telegram. The young man read the telegram and he became deathly silent. Swallowing hard, he mumbled to the coach, "My father died this morning. Is it all right if I miss practice today?" The coach put his arm gently around his shoulder and said, "Take the rest of the week off, son. And don't even plan to come back to the game on Saturday.

Saturday arrived, and the game was not going well. In the third quarter, when the team was ten points behind, a silent young man quietly slipped into the empty locker room and put on his football gear. As he ran onto the sidelines, the coach and his players were astounded to see their faithful teammate back so soon. "Coach, please let me play. I've just got to play today," said the young man. The coach pretended not to hear him. There was no way he wanted his worst player in this close playoff game. But the young man persisted, and finally feeling sorry for the kid, the coach gave in. "All right," he said, "You can go in."

Before long, the coach, the players and everyone in the stands could not believe their eyes. This little unknown, who had never played before was doing everything right. The opposing team could not stop him. He ran, he passed, blocked and tackled like a star. His team began to triumph. The score was soon tied. In the closing seconds of the game, this kid intercepted a pass and ran it all the way for the winning touchdown. The fans broke loose. His teammates hoisted him onto their shoulders. Such cheering you've never heard!

Finally, after the stands had emptied and the team had showered and left the locker room, the coach noticed that the young man was sitting quietly in the corner all alone.

The coach came to him and said, "Kid, I can't believe it. You were fantastic! Tell me what got into you? How did you do it?" He looked at the coach, with tears in his eyes, and said, "Well, you knew my dad died, but did you know that my dad was blind?" The young man swallowed hard and forced a smile, "Dad came to all my games, but today was the first time he could see me play, and I wanted to show him I could do it!"

Reflection in life:

You must give time to your fellow men, even if its a little thing, do something for others - something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it!!

Michael is the kind of guy you love to hate. He is always in a good mood and always has something positive to say: When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would reply, "If I were any better, I would be twins!"

He was a natural motivator. If an employee was having a bad day, Michael was there, telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation.

Seeing this style really made me curious, so one day I went up to Michael and asked him, "I don't get it! You can't be a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?” Michael replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to myself, you have two choices today. You can choose to be in a good mood or you can choose to be in a bad mood. I choose to be in a good mood.

Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a victim or I can choose to learn from it. I choose to learn from it. Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to accept their complaining or I can point out the positive side of life. I choose the positive side of life.

"Yeah, right, it's not that easy," I protested. "Yes, it is," Michael said. "Life is all about choices. When you cut away all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to situations. You choose how people affect your mood. You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood. The bottom line: It's your choice how you live life."

I reflected on what Michael said. Soon thereafter, I left the Tower Industry to start my own business. We lost touch, but I often thought about him when I made a choice about life instead of reacting to it. Several years later, I heard that Michael was involved in a serious accident, falling some 60 feet from a communications tower. After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, Michael was released from the hospital with rods placed in his back.

I saw Michael about six months after the accident. When I asked him how he was, he replied. "If I were any better, I would be twins. Wanna see my scars?” I declined to see his wounds, but I did ask him what had gone through his mind as the accident took place. "The first thing that went through my mind was the well-being of my soon to be born daughter," Michael replied. "Then, as I lay on the ground, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live or I could choose to die. I chose to live."

"Weren't you scared? Did you lose consciousness?” I asked. Michael continued, "...the paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the Emergency Room and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared. In their eyes, I read `he's a dead man." I knew I needed to take action."

"What did you do?” I asked. "Well there was a big burly nurse shouting questions at me," said Michael. "She asked if I was allergic to anything. "Yes, I replied." The doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited for my reply. I took a deep breath and yelled, "Gravity." Over their laughter, I told them, "I am choosing to live. Operate on me as if I am alive, not dead."

Michael lived, thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing attitude. I learned from him that every day we have the choice to live fully.

Attitude, after all, is everything. "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

God won't ask you

Once upon a time two brothers who lived on adjoining farms fell into conflict.

It was the first serious rift in 40 years of farming side by side, sharing machinery, and trading labor and goods as needed without a hitch.

Then the long collaboration fell apart. It began with a small misunderstanding and it grew into a major difference, and finally it exploded into an exchange of bitter words followed by weeks of silence.

One morning there was a knock on John's door. He opened it to find a man with a carpenter's toolbox. "I'm looking for a few days work" he said. "Perhaps you would have a few small jobs here and there I could help with? Could I help you?"

"Yes," said the older brother. "I do have a job for you. Look across the creek at that farm. That's my neighbor, in fact, it's my younger brother.

Last week there was a meadow between us and he took his bulldozer to the river levee and now there is a creek between us. Well, he may have done this to spite me, but I'll go him one better. See that pile of lumber by the barn? I want you to build me a fence - - an 8-foot fence -- so I won't need to see his place or his face anymore."

The carpenter said, "I think I understand the situation. Show me the nails and the post-hole digger and I'll be able to do a job that pleases you."

The older brother had to go to town, so he helped the carpenter get the materials ready and then he was off for the day. The carpenter worked hard all that day measuring, sawing, nailing.

About sunset when the farmer returned, the carpenter had just finished his job.

The farmer's eyes opened wide, his jaw dropped. There was no fence there at all. It was a bridge -- a bridge stretching from one side of the creek to the other! A fine piece of work handrails and all -- and the neighbor, his younger brother, was coming across, his hand outstretched. "You are quite a fellow to build this bridge after all I've said and done."

The two brothers stood at each end of the bridge, and then they met in the middle, taking each other's hand. They turned to see the carpenter hoist his toolbox on his shoulder.

"No, wait! Stay a few days. I've a lot of other projects for you," said the older brother.

"I'd love to stay on," the carpenter said, "but, I have many more bridges to build."

God won't ask what kind of car you drove, but He'll ask how many people you drove who didn't have transportation.

God won't ask the square footage of your house, but He'll ask how many people you welcomed into your home.

God won't ask about the clothes you had in your closet, but He'll ask how many you helped to clothe.

God won't ask about your social status; He will ask what kind of class you displayed.

God won't ask how many material possession you had, but He'll ask if they dictated your life.

God won't ask what your highest salary was, but He'll ask if you compromised your character to obtain it.

God won't ask how much overtime you worked, but He'll ask if your overtime work was for yourself or for your family.

God won't ask how many promotions you received, but He'll ask how you promoted others.

God won't ask what your job title was, but He'll ask if you performed your job to the best of your ability.

God won't ask what you did to help yourself, but He'll ask what you did to help others.

God won't ask how many friends you had, but He'll ask how many people to whom you were a friend.

God won't ask what you did to protect your rights, but He'll ask what you did to protect the rights of others.

God won't ask in what neighborhood you lived, but He'll ask how you treated your neighbors.

God won't ask about the color of your skin, but He'll ask about the content of your character.

God won't ask how many times your deeds matched your words, but He'll ask how many times they didn't.

God won't ask why it took you so long to seek Salvation, but He'll lovingly take you to your mansion in heaven, and not to the gates of Hell.

It all started so innocently. We met as strangers, thrown together by fate. Some of you grow up with me, others I have only known a short while. Some of you I have hugged constantly over the years, and others I met at a time when hugging was 'un-cool', and it has stayed that way, though the times have changed around us. Some of you I have not yet met in person.

Every one of you has enriched my life. You have helped to teach me, to guide me on this often turning and forking road of life. You have been with me through the good times and the bad. You have comforted me when I cried, held me when I was afraid, and laughed with me when I was happy.

You had walked with me for so long that I was afraid to venture on alone even on the Internet. Yet even as I feared the dark of night, along came others to help me on my journey, in hopes that I would walk with them so they need not journey on alone. They picked up where you left off, and now they are no longer strangers.

Who are you? You might be my brother, my sister, my cousin, an old acquaintance or a new one. But first and foremost, I call you friend. And I miss you if you are away, and if you are here, then I thank you for visiting my site and leave comment even just to say Hello.....

And so I send you this, so that you might know that someone, somewhere, is thinking of you, praying for you, and loving you. And that person is me. May God grant you peace and happiness in your times of trial, and watch over you, so that one day we will meet again.

It is by chance we met, by choice we became friends...

Friendship is a strange thing....we find ourselves telling each other the deepest details of our lives...things we don't even share with our families who raised us...But what is a friend? A confidant? A lover? A fellow email junkie? A shoulder to cry on? an ear to listen? a heart to feel?

A friend is all these things...and more.

Whether we met over The World, over Resort, or SE, or anywhere...I call you friend.

A word so small...yet so large in feeling a word filled with emotion. It is true great things come in small packages. Once the package of friendship has been opened, it can never be closed. It is a constant book always written...waiting to be read...and enjoyed.

We may have our disagreements...we may argue...we may concern one another...

Friendship is a unique bond that lasts through it all....
A part of me is put into my friends...some it is my humor...some it is my listening ear...some it is real life experiences...some it is my romanticism...but with all, it is friendship.

.............Friendships forged are a construct stronger than steel...built as a foundation....necessary for life...and necessary for love.

Friends...you and me.....you brought another friend...and then there were 3... ....we started our group....Our circle of friends........and like that circle...there is no beginning or end......Keep in touch....

And the last I wishing you HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND...That's so wonderful out there...

Be More Happiness - Friendship article

The essence of Life is not just to be happy but to make others happy as well.

If you want happiness, make others happy to help and give back to others what God has endowed in you.

This is just a short story about be more happiness in life.

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window.

The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation. And every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.

The man in the other bed began to live for those one-hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside. The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color of the rainbow. Grand old trees graced the landscape, and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.

As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene. One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by. Although the other man couldn't hear the band - he could see it in his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words. Then unexpectedly, a sinister thought entered his mind. Why should the other man alone experience all the pleasures of seeing everything while he himself never got to see anything? It didn't seem fair.

At first thought the man felt ashamed. But as the days passed and he missed seeing more sights, his envy eroded into resentment and soon turned him sour. He began to brood and he found himself unable to sleep. He should be by that window - that thought, and only that thought now controlled his life.

Late one night as he lay staring at the ceiling, the man by the window began to cough. He was choking on the fluid in his lungs. The other man watched in the dimly lit room as the struggling man by the window groped for the button to call for help. Listening from across the room, he never moved, never pushed his own button, which would have brought the nurse running in. In less than five minutes the coughing and choking stopped along with that the sound of breathing. Now there was only silence-deathly silence.

The following morning the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths. When she found the lifeless body of the man by the window, she was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take it away. As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the world outside. Finally, he would have the joy of seeing it all himself. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed. It faced a blank wall. The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window. The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall. She said, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you."

Moral

There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations. Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled. If you want to feel rich, just count all of the things you have that money can't buy.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift that's why it's called the present.

If you find some one without smile give one of yours...!! Lord in His wisdom will take care of you...God bless you!

Two travelling angels stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy family.

The family was rude and refused to let the angels stay in the mansion's guest room. Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement.

As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired it. When the younger angel asked why, the older angel replied, "Things aren't always what they seem."

The next night the pair came to rest at the house of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife. After sharing what little food they had the couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good night's rest. When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the farmer and his wife in tears. Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay dead in the field. The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel how could you have let this happen? The first man had everything, yet you helped him and the second family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let the cow die.

"Things aren't always what they seem," the older angel replied. "When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the wall. Since the owner was so obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the wall so he wouldn’t find it."

"Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife. I gave him the cow instead. Things aren't always what they seem."

Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things don't turn out the way they should. If you have faith, you just need to trust that every outcome is always to your advantage. You might not know it until some time later...

Some people come into our lives and quickly go…
Some people become friends and stay awhile...
leaving beautiful footprints on our hearts...
and we are never quite the same because we have made a good friend!!

Yesterday is history.
Tomorrow a mystery.
Today is a gift.
That's why it's called the present!

I think this life is special...live and savour every moment...This is not a dress rehearsal!

Most people feel good if the weather is fine, but will be gloomy if the sky visible overcast. To exploit this condition, Tourism industry offering many glorious weather moment vacation package.

There is nothing wrong, we enjoy sunshine and all easiness accompanying it.

But, if we always rely on fine weather for pleasure us, hence our mood also can change like weather.

That's the condition of me when still adolescent and not yet become a real Christian.

I always check situation of the weather, every morning.
I am happy when weather is fine then I am sad if overcast.

One night, I am conscious that I require Lord. I accept His pardon to my sin and invite Him to live in my life. Then tomorrow morning I’m forget to check the weather!, but that’s no more matters "The truth light" had enlightened my life and replaced the source of that dicey part with His Blessed.

After that time, even my personal life is often got trouble, but the God have come as "Shield and Sun" in my life (The LORD God is a sun and shield. The LORD grants favor and honor. He does not hold back any blessing from those who live innocently.)

It is true I still take a fancy to sunshine day, but now I’m not “Sun Devotee” anymore.

Now I’m children of God which Lord always shine at my heart, however situation of weather outside

...... On the happening of hopeless, make us as expectation carrier

Oh my Lord, give us your blessing…..

so... that I’m not look for to be amused but to amuse others
So... that I’m not look for to be comprehended but to comprehend

There is a husband got internal issue problem communicate with his wife, he say that his wife is not a good listener. For the reason, he shall to make a test that undetected his wife.

At an evening he sitting far from his room, his wife is overshadowing him, so she lose sight over him.

Considerably slow the husband says, "Hi...Do you hear my Voice..?", ....there is no comment from his wife.

He's near by a few, then again asked her, "Hi...Do you hear my Voice..?", again...,there is no comment

Then without voice he going forward nearer and saying the same words, but still there is no comment.

Finally, he standing up precisely behind his wife and asked, "Hi...Do you hear my voice..?"

He is surprised and sorrowful when his wife answered him with angry, "Yes, that's the fourth called....!"

Shall we blame our couple for unknowingly the problem of which in fact..??
We have to check and asked our couple what's wrong before blaming them.

This is an example about judging. Most of us criticize the mistake of others, to shut up that we also often doing the same mistake.

We also tend to find the mistake of others, which in fact not its mistake but our mistaken.

God recognize the nature of us with better, that's why he says, "Be ye therefore merciful" as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judget; condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: Forgive, and ye shall be forgiven" (luke 6:36,37)

Thanks goodness utterance non simply by us to say, but have to be pushed by belief. Just be grateful, without realized in our life it doesn't mean anything.

We are taught, always to be grateful to the GOD. If we grateful cause we are blessed, for example anniversary moment, occupation promotion or have new house, that's have become ordinary matter.

But if we find difficulties like, dismissing from work, ill, etc, still can we say thanks to the God?

If we still can, this is amazing. This is our Lord wanted from us.

We have to Learn, be always grateful..!

Don't limit our thanks utterance to the Lord by condition or situation which is happened.

When we can say thanks to the God in all situation, that's the power of Lord expressed.

Because thanks utterance have power which is equal to the power of prayer and praise.

People who always grateful without grumbling, That is a Children of God and God will always be with you.

Tripartite being

We are a tripartite being, having body, soul and spirit.

Whereas we aspire to spiritual perfection, being filled with love for God and our neighbors, it is a fact that our spiritual life is governed very much by the other two parts of our being.

This is a very important truth in the life of a children of God and keeping balance of Body, Soul and Spirit is basic secret of becoming a children of God.

I believe that we are composed of Body, Soul and Spirit and this is holy award from the God to us, So we have to keep the balance for our long life. The description of our tripartite being as follows:

BODY – the outer world of physical health, beauty and well-being. The physical body, it's health and wellbeing or dis-ease expresses the condition of our emotional and mental wellbeing. The body is a reflection of a soul that is whole and a spirit that is fulfilled, rather than a representation of the typically human standard of goodness or perfection.
SOUL – the essence of our inner world, where we enter into the delights and dilemmas of interior life - diving into the heart and thoughts that influence the very fabric of our lives.
SPIRIT – is the source of our wisdom, our connection with God, our blessings and curses, and our general life orientation and deepest character.

To exercise, eat right and sleep well are the basic tenants for having a healthy body.

If our body however, is overweight, sluggish and not in tip top running condition, it has a profound effect upon our soul, which becomes subject to moods and depressions. This in turn diminishes our spiritual potential. When this happens life is painful and often becomes dysfunctional. So, if you want to get long life and blessed by the God, keep your body health like eat right. Eating good food and blessed food is a most important to keep balance of our tripartite being.

May the Lord help you to adjust likewise so that we can be sanctified wholly - "Body, Soul, and Spirit."

"But tell me, here in heaven I don't do anything but sing and smile; that's enough for me to be happy."

"Your angel will sing for you and smile for you, and that's enough for you to be happy,” said God.

"And how am I going to understand what men talk, when I cannot speak the language that men speak?"

"Your angel will speak the most beautiful words that men talk, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you to speak."

Forgiveness story

Twenty five years seems like a long time to remember this story life. I have duly forgotten the name of an old man who was a customer on my milk route when I was a twelve year old boy in P. Siantar, North Sumatera back in 1982. Yet it seems like just yesterday that he taught me a lesson in forgiveness that I can only hope to pass on to someone else someday.

On a mindless Saturday afternoon, a friend and I were throwing kasti (children's game similar to baseball) onto the roof of the old man's house from a secluded spot in his backyard. The object of our play was to observe how the kasti changed to missiles as they rolled to the roofs edge and shot out into the yard like comets falling from the sky.

I found myself a perfectly smooth kasti and sent it for a ride. The kasti was too smooth, however, so it slipped from my hand as I let it go and headed straight for a small window on the old man’s back porch. At the sound of fractured glass, we took off from the old man’s yard faster than any of our missiles flew off his roof. I was too scared about getting caught that first night to be concerned about the old man with the broken porch window.

However, a few days later, when I was sure that I hadn't been discovered, I started to feel guilty for his misfortune. He still greeted me with a smile each day when I gave his the milk, but I was no longer able to act comfortable in his presence. I made up my mind that I would save my milk delivery money, and in four weeks I had the Rp. 66.500,- that I calculated would cover the cost of his window.

I put the money in an envelope with a note explaining that I was sorry for breaking his window and hoped that the Rp. 66.500,- would cover the cost for repairing it. I waited until it was dark, snuck up to the old man’s house, and put the envelope of retribution through the letter slot in his door. My soul felt redeemed and I couldn't wait for the freedom of, once again, looking straight into the old man’s eyes.

The next day, I handed the old man his milk and was able to return the warm smile that I was receiving from his. He thanked me for the milk and said, "Here, I have something for you." It was a bag of cookies. I thanked him and proceeded to eat the cookies as I continued my route.

After several cookies, I felt an envelope and pulled it out of the bag. When I opened the envelope, I was stunned. Inside were the Rp. 66.500,- and a short note that said, "I'm proud of you."

Is there someone in your life that you've never gotten around to forgiving, either in person or in your heart? Do the right thing...the weight off your shoulders is immeasurable. Forgiveness is a wonderful thing to receive and to give.

Life Lesson

One day in the jungle. A group of monkeys make a competition to reach the top of a tower slick.

The spectator meets together around the tower to see the game and give scream for the player spirit.

The race began.

The spectator believed there is nothing players will reach out for and touch the top of the tower.

From the spectator got sound:

“This is Impossible, the way is difficult, they will never finish”
etc….etc…etc

One by one of the contestant fall. Except a little monkey has more spirit slowly goes high.

The scream from the spectator always:

“Too difficult, nobody can finish”
"impossible"

But, a little monkey goes high more and more.

The surrender for little monkey is never.

Others contestant give in to continued the race, Only the little monkey reach the tower top with his endeavor harder.

At the end of the games, others contestant wants to know, how the little monkey can do this, because they cannot believed what the little monkey had do.

One of the contestant asked the little monkey, “How you find the power to reach out for and touch the tower top?”

But Little monkey didn't answer the question, he only give his smile .

Why ??????

How Soft drink Helpful

To clean a toilet:
Pour a can of average soft drink into the toilet bowl, sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in soft drink removes stains from vitreous china.

To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers:
Rub the bumper with a crumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Soft drink.

To clean corrosion from car battery terminals :
Pour a can of Softdrink over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion

To loosen a rusted bolt :
Apply a cloth soaked in soft drink to the rusted bolt for sometime.

To remove grease from clothes :
Pour a can of Coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Soft drink will help loosen grease stains, It will also clean road haze from car windshield.

The average pH of soft drinks, e.g. Coke & Pepsi is 3.4. This acidity is strong enough to dissolve teeth and bones! Our human body stops building bones at around the age of 30. After that it shall be dissolving the bones every year through the urine depending on the acidity of the food intake. All the dissolved calcium compounds get accumulated in the arteries, veins, skin, tissue and organs, which affects the functioning of the kidney assisting in formation of kidney stones.

Soft drinks do not have any nutritional value (in terms of vitamins and minerals). They have higher sugar content, higher acidity, and more additives such as preservatives and colorings. Some people like to take cold soft drinks after each meal, guess what's the impact?

The Impact?
Our body has an optimum temperature of 370 for the functioning of digestive enzymes. The temperature of cold soft drinks is much less than 37, sometimes quite close to 0. This lowers the effectiveness of the enzymes and puts stress on our digestive system, digesting less food. In fact the food gets fermented. The fermented food produces bad smelling, gases, decays and forms toxins, which are absorbed in the intestines, get circulated in the blood and is delivered to the whole body. This spread of toxins can lead to the development of various diseases.

Few Examples
I ever read in News paper, there was a competition in Delhi University "Who can drink the most Coke?” The winner drank 8 bottles and died on the spot because of too much carbon dioxide in the blood and not enough oxygen. From then on, the principal banned all soft drinks from the university canteen.

Someone put a broken tooth in a bottle of Pepsi and in 10 days it got dissolved! Teeth and bones are the only human organ that stays intact for years after death.

Life on the train

A while back, I read a very interesting book that compared life to a train ride or a series of train rides.

Life is like a train ride, it read. We get on. We ride. We get off. We get back on and ride some more. There are accidents and there are delays. At certain stops there are surprises. Some of these will translate into great moments of joy, some will result in profound sorrow.

When we are born and we first board the train, we meet people whom we think will be with us for the entire journey. Those people are our parents!

Sadly, this is far from the truth.

Our parents are with us for as long as we absolutely need them. They too have journeys they must complete. We live on with the memories of their love, affection, friendship, guidance and their ever presence.

There are others who board the train and who eventually become very important to us, in turn.

These people are our brothers, sisters, friends and acquaintances, whom we will learn to love, and cherish.

Some people consider their journey like a jaunty tour. They will just go merrily along. Others, will encounter many upsets, tears, losses on their journey.
Others still, will linger on to offer a helping hand to anyone in need.

Some people on the train will leave an everlasting impression when they get off….

Some will get on and get off the train so quickly, they will scarsely leave a sign that they ever travelled along with you or ever crossed your path…

We will sometimes be upset that some passengers whom we love, will choose to sit in another compartment and leave us to travel on our own.

Then again, there’s nothing that says we can’t seek them out anyway.

Nevertheless, once sought out and found, we may not even be able to sit next to them because that seat will already be taken.

That’s okay …everyone’s journey will be filled with hopes, dreams, challenges, setbacks and goodbyes. We must strive to make the best of it… no matter what...
We must constantly strive to understand our travel companions and look for the best in everyone.

Remember that at any moment during our journey, any one of our travel companions can have a weak moment and be in need of our help.

We too may vacilate or hesitate, even trip… hopefully we can count on someone being there to be supportive and understanding…

The bigger mystery of our journey is that we don’t know when our last stop will come.

Neither do we know when our travel companions will make their last stop.
Not even those sitting in the seat next to us.

Personally, I know I’ll be sad to make my final stop…. I’m sure of it!

My separation from all those friends and acquaintances I made during the train ride will be painful. Leaving all those I’m close to will be a sad thing. But then again, I’m certain that one day I’ll get to the main station only to meet up with everone else. They’ll all be carrying their baggage… most of which they didn’t have when they first got on this train.

I’ll be glad to see them again. I’ll also be glad to have contributed to their baggage… and to have enriched their lives, just as much as they will have contributed to my baggage and enriched my life.

We’re all on this train ride together. Above all, we should all try to strive to make the ride as pleasant and memorable as we can, right up until we each make the final stop and leave the train for the last time.

Happiness

We convince ourselves that life will be better once we are married, have a baby, then another.

Then we get frustrated because our children are not old enough, and that all will be well when they are older.

Then we are frustrated because they reach adolescence and we must deal with them. Surely we’ll be happier when they grow out of the teen years.

We tell ourselves our life will be better when our spouse gets his/her act together, when we have a nicer car, when we can take a vacation, when we finally retire.

The truth is that there is no better time to be happy than right now.
If not, then when?
Your life will always be full of challenges. It is better to admit as much and to decide to be happy in spite of it all.

For the longest time, it seemed that life was about to start. Real life.
But there was always some obstacle along the way, an ordeal to get through, some work to be finished, some time to be given, a bill to be paid. Then life would start.
I finally came to understand that those obstacles were life.

That point of view helped me see that there isn’t any road to happiness.
Happiness is the road.

So, enjoy every moment.
Stop waiting for school to end, for a return to school, to lose ten pounds, to gain ten pounds, for work to begin, to get married, for Friday evening, for Sunday morning, waiting for a new car, for your mortgage to be paid off, for spring, for summer, for fall, for winter, for the first or the fifteenth of the month, for your song to be played on the radio, to die, to be reborn… before deciding to be happy.

Happiness is a voyage, not a destination.

There is no better time to be happy than… NOW!
Live and enjoy the moment.

Now, think and try to answer these questions:
1 – Name the 5 richest people in the world.

2 – Name the last 5 Miss Universe winners.

3 – Name the last 10 Nobel Prize winners.

4 – Name the last 10 winners of the Best Actor Oscar.

Can’t do it? Rather difficult, isn’t it?
Don’t worry, nobody remembers that.

Applause dies away!
Trophies gather dust!
Winners are soon forgotten.

Now answer these questions:

An angel came by and said: "Why spend so much time on that one?"

And the Lord answered:"Have you seen all the specifications I have to meet to shape her ?"

"She must be washable, but not made of plastic, have more than 200 moving parts which all must be replaceable and she must function on all kinds of food, she must be able to embrace several kids at the same time, give a hug that can heal anything from a bruised knee to a broken heart and she must do all this with only two hands".

The angel was impressed.

"Just two hands....impossible!"

And this is the standard model?!

"Too much work for one day....wait until tomorrow and then complete her".

"I will not”, said the Lord. "I am so close to complete this creation, which will be the favorite of my heart”.

"She cures herself when sick and she can work 18 hours a day”.

The angel came nearer and touched the woman.

"But you have made her so soft, Lord” "She is soft", said the Lord, "But I have also made her strong. You can’t imagine what she can endure and overcome."

"Can she think?" the angel asked.

"Not only can she think, she can reason and negotiate."

The angel touched the womans cheek....
"Lord, it seems this creation is leaking! You have put too many burdens on her.”

"What’s it for?" asked the angel.

"Tears are her way of expressing grief, her doubts, her love, her loneliness, her suffering and her pride.”

This made a big impression on the angel; "Lord, you are genius.
You thought of everything. The woman is indeed marvellous!"

Indeed she is!

Woman has strengths that amazes man.
She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
She holds happiness, love and opinions.
She smiles when feeling like screaming.
She sings when she feels like crying, crys when she is happy and laughs when she is afraid.

She fights for what she believes in.
Stand up against injustice.
She doesn’t take "no" for an answer, when she can see a better solution. She gives herself so her family can thrive. She takes her friend to the doctor if she is afraid.
Her love is unconditional.

She cries when her kids are victorious. She is happy when her friends do well.
She is glad when she hears of a birth or a wedding.

Her heart is broken when a next of kin or friend dies.

I have learned the secret to makes us happy, tell your friends about this secret once you get it.

One day, one friend asked another,

"How is it that you are always so happy? You have so much energy, and you never seem to get down."

With her eyes smiling, she said,

"I know the Secret!" "What secret is that?" To which she replied, "I'll tell you all about it, but you have to promise to share the Secret with others."

"The Secret is :

I have learned there is little I can do in my life that will make me truly happy. I must depend on God to make me happy and to meet my needs. When a need arises in my life, I have to trust God to supply according to HIS riches. I have learned most of the time I don't need half of what I think I do. He has never let me down. Since I learned that 'Secret', I am happy."

The questioner's first thought was,

"That's too simple!" But upon reflecting over her own life she recalled how she thought a bigger house would make her happy, but it didn't! She thought a better paying job would make her happy, but it hadn't. When did she realize her greatest happiness? Sitting on the floor with her grandchildren, or other children, playing games, eating pizza or reading a story, a simple gift from God.

Now you know it too!

If your computer got password to surf the internet, you can try this to removed the content advisory password on your browser.

1. Click on Start and choose Run.

2. Type in RegEdit and select OK.

3. Now click on the little plus sign to the left of H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

4. Continue to drill down, always clicking on the plus sign at the left of the named key, through Software, Microsoft, Windows, Current Version and Policies.

5. Now click on the Ratings folder.

6. In the right pane of the RegEdit window, you'll see an icon called Key. Click on it and press Delete.

7. Next, choose Registry and then Exit to exit RegEdit. You've just deleted your original Content Advisory password.

8. Restart the computer and run Internet Explorer again.

Ada seseorang penjaga yang selalu menemui kesialan didalam bekerja yang ujung-ujungnya mendapat sangsi kena pecat alias PHK yang sekarang lagi trend dikalangan karyawan karena dia sedang bertugas selalu ada yang kehilangan. Berbagai bidang usaha tempat kerja sebagai penjaga ia sudah jalanin, dari sebagai penjaga toko, penjaga perumahan, serta penjaga kebun pun sudah dicoba tapi selalu kena pecat. Dan saat ini dia sedang menganggur.

Suatu ketika sang penjaga sangat kegirangan ketika ditawari bekerja disebuah sirkus sebagai penjaga juga dan membantu hal-hal yang lainnya. Dia merasa "Ah ...ini saatnya aku merubah nasib kesialanku" Karena setiap aku bekerja selalu berhadapan dengan maling, dan aku selalu kecolongan, pikir sang penjaga."

Singkat cerita dia bersedia bekerja di sirkus tersebut setelah negosiasi gaji yang disepakatinya dengan boss sirkus.

Setelah selang beberapa minggu bekerja sebagai penjaga di sirkus, sang boss sirkus mendapati ada satu kesalahan dari si petugas:

"Hei....! kemari kamu. Kenapa kamu lupa menutup kandang singa sehabis pertunjukan madi malam?” Sambil menunjuk kandang singa yang sudah kosong

Petugas:

Sambil menggaruk-garuk kepala “Sialan, gara-gara maling lagi gua dipecat, kenapa selalu ada maling yah.”

Aduh si bapak petugas, nggak nyambung pantes aja selalu kena pecat. Mungkin sudah trauma dengan maling kali yah.

Moral dari cerita ini buat saya: Kita harus selalu bersikap hati-hati didalam bertindak dan mengucapkan kata-kata, karena pada saat kita terdesak, kita akan mengucapkan atau bersikap apa yang sering kita biasakan sehari-hari, mungkin kata-kata kotor, atau bertindak kasar secara spontan……

Terkadang para suami seringkali membohongi kegiatan-kegiatannya diluar rumah, sehingga terlihat semua palsu, dan tanpa kita sadari terbawa-bawa kedalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Seperti cerita singkat dibawah ini:

“Seorang laki-laki yang katanya sibuk diluar rumah dengan urusan bisnis, meeting dll. Hingga pada saat istrinya merayakan ulang tahun, dia ingin membuat suatu kejutan dengan membelikan sebuah cincin berlian untuk hadiah istrinya sebagai pembenaran dari kegiatannya diluar dan untuk mengambil hati istrinya.”

Pada saat mencari-cari cincin tersebut dia mengajak sahabatnya, dan menceritakan niat untuk membeli cincin.

“Loh…, bukannya istri kamu mengidam-idamkan mobil Cheroke..? tanya sahabatnya.”

Betul sih, tapi….dimana gue mesti nyari Cheroke palsu….?” Jawab si lelaki…

“Aduh ternyata kasih sayangnya palsu dan cincin berliannya pun palsu……” heheheheheh

Berarti selama ini si lelaki bilang sibuk bisnis, meeting dll diluar rumah juga palsuuuu..?

Kejadian ini terjadi di sebuah terminal di Jakarta, yah begini ini kalau dua suku berbeda yang tidak saling kenal berkomunikasi.

Pemuda Jawa: “Maaf, saya orang baru di Jakarta, baru datang dari Jawa…apakah ini Tanah Abang ?”

Pemuda Batak: “Oh bukan….ini bukan tanah aku, sumpah! Aku juga baru datang dari Medan, jadi aku tidak tahu tanah siapa ini…..”

WHAT MATURITY HAS TAUGHT ME

I've learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is stalk them and hope they panic and give in.

I've learned that no matter how much I care, some people are just jerks.

I've learned that it takes years to build up trust, and it only takes suspicion, not proof, to destroy it.

I've learned that you shouldn't compare yourself to others - they are more screwed up than you think.

I've learned that you can keep vomiting long after you think you're finished.

I've learned that we are responsible for what we do, unless we are celebrities.

I've learned that regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades, and there had better be a lot of money to take its place.

I've learned that 99% of the time when something isn't working in your house, one of your kids did it.

I've learned that the people you care most about in life are taken from you too soon and all the less important ones just never go.

STOP KEKERASAN

Sungguh tragis para pemimpin Negara ini membiarkan cara-cara mendidik para calon Peminpin negara ini dengan cara-cara kekerasan. Mengapa hal ini terjadi di dalam institut yang nota bene adalah yang dipersiapkan sebagai pemimpin-pemimpin pemerintahan baik dari daerah sampai pemerintahan Pusat.

Kekerasan yang terjadi didalam IPDN adalah penghilangan Hak azasi dari para Taruna yang mengikuti pendidikan di sana. Bapak SBY selaku Kepala Pemerintaha mengambil Langkah-langkah seperti dibawah ini :

"Saudara-saudara,

Dari apa yang saya terima, baik dari pejabat berwenang, Mendagri Ad Interim, Rektor IPDN dan pihak-pihak lain, saya dapat mengidentifikasi, bahwa kejadian yang kemarin terjadi, barangkali hanya merupakan puncak gunung es yang dibawahnya ada kejadian-kejadian lain yang selama bertahun-tahun, lebih dari 15 tahun terjadi di IPDN. Dalam catatan saya, ada tiga orang Praja yang meninggal karena mendapatkan kekerasan, penganiayaan oleh Praja seniornya. Pertama pada tahun 2000 atas nama Eri Rahman dari Jawa Barat. Disusul pada tahun 2003, Praja Wahyu Hidayat yang juga berasal dari Jawa Barat. Dan yang ketiga adalah Praja Cliff Muntu dari Sulawesi Utara.

Ini menunjukkan, bahwa masih terjadi kasus-kasus itu di lingkungan kehidupan Praja di IPDN. Dalam catatan yang saya peroleh juga, ada sejumlah kasus dimana Praja meninggal karena sakit dan sakitnya ada yang dapat dijelaskan secara gamblang, namun ada kasus-kasus barangkali yang bisa jadi akibat kehidupan senior-yunior yang tidak tepat di IPDN. Dalam kaitan itu semua, maka untuk menyelamat lembaga pendidikan ini dalam mengemban tugas dan kewajibannya untuk menyelamatkan putra-putri bangsa dari seluruh tanah air yang juga tentunya ingin mendapatkan pendidikan yang baik di lembaga itu, IPDN, sebelum akhirnya bertugas sebagai abdi negara, sebagai pelayan masyarakat di seluruh Indonesia. Maka Pemerintah menetapkan untuk melaksanakan 6 hal, baik yang segera kita lakukan dan yang akan kita lakukan dalam waktu sangat pendek atau jangka sangat pendek dan jangka pendek, serta menengah.

Yang pertama, investigasi dan penegakan hukum atas meninggalnya Cliff Muntu dilanjutkan dan perlu dituntaskan. Bagi yang bersalah, yang melanggar hukum harus mendapatkan sanksi hukum yang tepat dan setimpal dengan kejahatannya itu. Sedangkan investigasi juga dilakukan, sebab meski ada proses sebab akibat sampai terjadinya peristiwa yang mengakibatkan meninggalnya Cliff Muntu beberapa hari yang lalu itu. Apabila ada pelibatan personil di IPDN, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung ini juga harus dilakukan investigasi, dengan tujuan mengungkap semua kejadian itu secara tuntas.

Yang kedua, kegiatan internal Praja yang dikenal istilahnya di IPDN, Wahana Bina Praja, semacam kehidupan Orpraja kita bekukan, baik itu kegiatan di dalam kampus maupun di luar kampus. Biasanya ada tradisi, kegiatan-kegiatan yang melibatkan senior-yunior seperti itu, kita bekukan.

Yang ketiga, bersamaan dengan pembekuan kehidupan internal Praja itu, maka organisasi pengasuhan yang ada kita lakukan reformasi, perombakan, agar pada saatnya nanti organisasi pengasuhan ini bisa menjalankan tugasnya secara efektif, profesional, bertanggung jawab dan tentunya memiliki kemampuan. Kita lakukan perombakan secara mendasar dan tuntas, termasuk memilih personil-personil pengasuh yang bisa mengembang tugas yang tidak ringan ini.

Kemudian yang keempat, bersamaan dengan pembekuan kegiatan internal praja dan reformasi organisasi kepengasuhan, maka pengawasan kegiatan Praja, baik dalam kegiatan kurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler, baik di dalam maupun di luar kampus, 24 jam pada hakekatnya dilaksanakan oleh lembaga, penuh secara intensif.

Kemudian yang kelima, kita akan segera membentuk tim evaluasi lintas Departemen, melibatkan juga unsur non Pemerintah yang saya tugasi untuk melakukan evaluasi secara menyeluruh, baik yang berkaitan dengan sistem dan metodologi pengasuhan, kurikulum yang berlaku, termasuk kegiatan apa saja dalam konteks pengasuhan itu, kegiatan Praja seperti apa yang sehat dan konstruktif, hubungan senior-yunior seperti apa yang tepat. Kalau nanti masih diperlukan, katakanlah predikat senior-yunior apalagi dengan atribut yang sangat gamblang, mana yang yunior, mana yang senior itu.

Kemudian terpikir oleh saya, saya tugaskan untuk ditelaah, untuk melakukan semacam demiliterisasi dari lembaga akademik ini. Beda dengan akademi-akademi militer memang yang akan mengemban tugas dalam lingkungan kehidupan militer. Saya berikan waktu 2 bulan kepada tim ini untuk bekerja secara intensif, secara all out sampai kepada konsep, rencana, kebijakan, penataan ulang dari lembaga ini, terutama sekali berkaitan dengan sistem dan metode pengasuhan. Saya ingin ada new set up dari lembaga ini. Dengan demikian, kebiasaan atau tradisi yang jelas, salah dan tidak benar, itu betul-betul bisa ditinggalkan.

Kemudian yang keenam atau yang terakhir, penerimaan Praja baru kita tunda. Diperlukan barangkali satu tahun untuk mempersiapkan penataan ulang ini sampai segalanya siap. Sambil sekaligus mengimplementasikan hasil evaluasi yang akan segera kita lakukan. Lebih bagus kita absen 1 tahun, tetapi kita yakini penataan ulang telah kita lakukan dengan harapan jalannya pendidikan akan menjadi baik, lebih baik, lebih efektif dan betul-betul terhindar dari kasus-kasus yang bersifat kekerasan, penganiayaan, bahkan sampai menimbulkan korban jiwa."

Pemerintah harus melakukan tindakan segera pembekuan sementara aktivitas IPDN dan merubah gaya pendidikan dari cara Militeris kearah Akademis. Kita sudah melihat tradisi kekerasan terjadi berulang kali di IPDN yang terakhir dengan tewasnya Praja Cliff Muntu. Saya melihat IPDN melihat lulusannya bukan dari kemampuan otak, melainkan daya tahan terhadap pukulan dan tendangan seperti video klip diatas.

Bravo..! buat Gubernur daerah yang menolak mengirimkan mahasiswanya ke IPDN, sebelum IPDN dibenahi dari cara-cara Militer ke arah Akademis. Semoga Gubernur yang lain mengikuti langkah-langkah mereka, agar pemerintah segera serius untuk membenahi IPDN secara konsisten.

Pemerintah harus menanggapi secara serius informasi dari Dosen Inu Kencana Syafei tentang kebobrokan IPDN, pemerintah harus berterima kasih terhadap beliau dan segera mengambil tindakan yang kongkrit tentang informasi yang disampaikan oleh beliau. Pemerintah harus melindungi Inu Kencana dari teror-teror yang akan dihadapinya. Bukan tidak mungkin teror akan berlangsung karena tirani ini sudah sangat kuat. Semoga informasi beliau dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Pemerintah untuk membenahi IPDN.

Para Mahasiswa, reader yang prhihatin tentang hal ini untuk memberitakan hal ini demi perubahan metode pendidikan di Indonesia menuju lebih baik, bukan tidak mungkin anak-anak kita mengalami hal yang sama jika tidak ada perbaikan dan bukan hanya di IPDN saja cara-cara Militer diberlakukan di Kampus-kampus negeri ini.

Turut berduka yang sedalam-dalamnya terhadap keluarga Praja Cliff Muntu dan yang menjadi korban kekerasan di Negeri ini. Peace....

4. So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre.

5. And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying, yet when he not in.

6. Then the cometh Simon Peter following him , and went in into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie.

7. And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.

8. Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed.

9. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from dead.

10. Then the disciple went away again unto their own home.

11. But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre,

18. Mary Magdalena came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.

19. Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assamble for fear of the Jews, came JESUS and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

20. And when he had to said, he showed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.

21. Then JESUS said to them again, Peace be unto you, ……. Etc….etc……etc….

This is the story of Jesus taken from the Bible, (JOHN 20)

What’s the message from this subsection ? for me it’s amazing, nobody in the world raise up from the dead, and this is his Lord proven.

The first word from Him when he raised from the dead is Peace be unto you.

I like this word, this is means Peace be unto me and all of you too. From this moment life has began, Lord Father sacrifaced JESUS to save our life that who believe in JESUS. Did you like this word ?

Sesudah menyalibkan Dia mereka membagi-bagi pakaian-Nya dengan membuang undi ….

Pada Tahun 1968 Laksamana Elmo Zumwalt Jr. menjadi pemimpin Pasukan angkatan Lau Amerika di Vietnam. Untuk menekan jumlah korban, ia memerintahkan agar jalan air disemprotkan dengan bahan kimia yang mematikan tanaman, Agent Orange. Dengan demikian kerimbunan hutan akan berkurang sehingga orang-orang Vietnam Utara akan sulit melakukan serangan tiba-tiba terhadap kapal patroli Angkatan Laut.

Salah satu dari kapal-kapal patroli itu dipimpin oleh anak laki-lakinya yang masih berusia 21 tahun, Letnan Elmo Zumwalt III. Dan, ia meninggal karena kanker pada tahun 1988. Laksamana Elmo yakin bahwa Agent Orange-lah yang mejadi penyebab kematian anaknya. Sungguh merupakan Kisah yang menharukan tentang seorang ayah yang karena keputusannya sendiri telah mengakibatkan penderitaan bahkan kematian bagi anaknya.

Betapa lebih memilukan kesedihan yang dialami Allah Bapa takkala Dia harus menyediakan keselamatan bagi kita! Dia telah mengambil keputusan yang mengakibatkan kesengsaraan yang tak terkira bagi Putra tanggal-Nya. Bayangkan bagaimana perasaan Allah ketika menyaksikan anak-Nya menerima cemooh banyak orang, dicambuk, dan kesakitan ketika paku menembus tangan dan kaki-Nya. Dia harus menanggung beban dan penghinaan yang tak terkira karena dosa-dosa kita, serta kesengsaraan yang tak terkatakan karena diasingkan dan dicampakkan.

Ya Bapa, ampunilah kami karena menambah penderitaan-Mu dengan kurang bersyukur. Tolonglah kami agar dalam hidup ini kami lebih menghormati Anak-Mu yang Kudus yang telah mengalahkan dosa dan maut demi keselamatan kami.
